Nice but ripped off

The crew arrived at 9:45 a.m., with a window of 8 a.m.-10 a.m.. They were nice, except for complaining about a third-floor move. Wrapped the heck out of everything ... furniture and boxes--most of which probably didn't need extra tape. The original quote was four hours and a three man crew. It ended up being a five hour move, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that they charged a huge amount for packing supplies, which doubled the estimated charge. If you use them get a better quote and tell them to include "extra costs."
