I never receive a call to let me know when the movers were coming and had to call three times. Finally the afternoon before my move I received a voicemail letting me know the movers would be there at 9:00 a.m. the next day.

They arrived 30 minutes early, told me I would have to rent the blankets for $25/each. I said absolutely not! There are scratches on my bureau, a chip off the bottom of my television, dirt on my sofa. Then the movers charged me for 2 hrs of travel time (to get to me and leave me).

I had to call and tell the person that was supposed to be assisting me that they overcharged. I waited for a call back. None. Once again, I had to call and make sure I receive the credit for 1 hr of travel time. Not a professional move at all.
