Good move overall, but it is important to emphasize to people who are moving that packing materials can represent a substantial cost if they do not estimate correctly.

Thank you and we will definitely take that into consideration, but if you can please put yourself in our shoes. When a customer tells us they do not need packing services we don't go into details about the materials, but when the foreman arrives he usually looks to see if materials are needed, then he goes over the prices with the customer. I apologize for any inconvenience but will definitely take it into consideration.
