Do Not Go with Moving Done
Please do not go with Moving Done. The movers didn't take care of our damages during the move. Just during the move, even though the contract had all the info, the movers wanted more money to unload the things. Not only that there were damages. After we reported the damages, the owner got tough with us. He thought we had given a bad review and wanted a good review; he thought we were someone else. Once I let him know that we didn't give any reviews, he backed off the refund/insurance claim from the damage. There was also no response from the owner from several emails.

As per our conversation I am still waiting on the release form submited to you. We had a conversation about your damages and we agreed to pay you the money owed to you in order to fix the damages, but you never faxed/e-mailed us the release form so here is the my number again 703-334-6824.
