I was charged $650 more than the estimated cost for things like six rolls of tape of which they used 2 1/2, money for stickers, extra for headboard and footboard, and for mirror coverage; stuff sat in storage for 2 weeks and hasn't been delivered yet but have been told it was shipped out Sat. and is finally on its way. Don't know of any damages as it hasn't arrived yet.
