You will be over charged
When the movers arrived at my apt in NYC they told methat they couldn't do it for the quote given; however, not a single item changed in my inventory since the original quite was given. They were three hours late and my building was pissed that I missed my move window. They knew they had me, so they charged me $500 more and asked for a $200 tip on top of my original quote. They lost a box and I'm sure I'll never see any of that even when I file a claim. To their credit, the subcontractor that delivered my stuff in Orlando was great, friendly and honest. That being said, the movers in NYC were competent, just dishonest. Just be prepared for hi pressure sales when thy get to you house or apt.
