Thumbs Down
Bravo Moving claims that they are not "lowballing" the costs while they are doing that very thing. They offered a 'binding estimate' based on a detailed items list and then claim that we had many more boxes than the estimate. This is not possible because we boxed everything ourselves (except furniture) in U-Haul boxes and knew the sizes and exact counts. When we objected, they threatened not to deliver our property and one of the employees said it would be put in storage or sold. When the delivered, (because we only gave them a $200 deposit and they wanted their money), the space that our property took up in the truck was exactly what we estimated and no more. Needless to say, we have filed a dot complaint and have submitted a complaint to the state attorney as well as the Consumer Protection Agency.
