We want you to know how pleased we are with the “Outstanding Service” Morse Moving & Storage, Inc. provided to us on our recent move to Southgate, Michigan. Meeting Bill Morse (Sales Manager) on August 23, 2010. Morse Moving Company provided a detailed estimate of cost of our move to Southgate, Michigan. Room by room and even took time for a “small chat” in the garage assuring my husband that all of his tools and shelving would be professionally moved to the "new garage." Our customer service co-coordinator was pleasant and very educated with insuring all “pre-move” indicators were executed. She kept me posted with the
moving timeline, (insurance needs, etc.) Getting a phone call the evening before confirming that the movers would arrive on Saturday 9-18-10 between 8:30 am and 9:30am…. Yes, indeed our wonderful team did arrive timely. Our wonderful Morse Moving Team arrived @ approximately 9:15 am. The movers were very professional -- all three greeted myself and my husband in the garage with smiles. Not only was the move professionally executed, there was not a single damaged item. Our wonderful Morse Moving Team, respected myself and my huband throughout the move. But most importantly, they worked together throughout the move and worked as a team.
