Virginia to Illinois
We had (4) items missing: (a step stool, 2 card table chairs, a box with stuff from the garage in it, and the 'foot' off an end table). We had (4) items damaged: (2 card tables had their tops cut or gouged, plus one of them had all 4 chairs scratched, a wood bench for the foyer had a gouge in it, and a "secretary" or console had a corner broken off the door). We had (1) item destroyed: a small, wood end table had one of the legs broke off. I sent Before and After pictures, along with descriptions, of all items to the Moving Done rep about 24 hours ago. So far he has not emailed or called me back.
