Delays and Poor Communication

While the workers who actually moved our belongings were professional and courteous, the process on the office end was poor. Be sure to get definite time frames in writing and find out if your belongings will ship in one delivery or not. Ours were split without informing us until they emptied the first truck and we had paid in full. We waited another 10 days for our remaining belongings.

If we had been informed of the split, we would have went with another company or at the very least, would have prioritized what came in the first shipment. The estimated dates were wrong and they were several hours late each time. Hopefully our bad experience was an exception to their usual service, but based on our experience we cannot recommend using this company.

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
