On Monday, July 26, 2010, I electronically signed an agreement with Bravo Moving Company and New Leads Department employee Josh to have furniture moved from my apartment in Atlanta, GA to Bryan, TX. Upon signing this agreement, my move date was set for Wednesday, 07/28/2010 and I was expecting for my furniture to arrive at my new home in Bryan, TX on Saturday, July 31st at the earliest. Instead, on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, I receive a phone call around 12:30pm from Bravo Dispatcher Louie. Mr. Louie informed me that it would be best for the movers to pick up my furniture that evening since they were making a trip towards TX the next day. I proceeded to inform him how this was a problem for me since (1) I did not plan to leave for TX until Thursday, July 29th to arrive in Bryan, TX on Saturday, July 31st and (2) I was paying for what was agreed upon as the move date on the agreement I electronically singed on 07/26/10. Mr. Louie hung up and later called back to say that the problem was resolved and they would work it out. In opposition, around 4:30pm the same Tuesday, Mr. Louie called me back to inform me that the movers must come that day. Since I already had obligations, I asked him what were my options and he said 5:30p or 8:00p. Neither one of the times worked for me, but I made arrangements so I could be available at 5:30pm. The movers arrived and did a phenomenal job, but I was dreading the fact that I would have to change my plans around completely to accommodate a moving company that I was paying to assist me. After spending more than $150 in travel fees and traveling for more than 13 hours to make sure I could be in Bryan, TX the morning of Friday, July 30th, I do not hear from the movers at all. I was in shock since Mr. Louie and the movers both informed me that they would arrive in two business days. On the following Saturday, July 31st at 11:42am, I proceeded to contact Mr. Louie to check on the status of my furniture. After being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I chose to call back. The voicemail box was full, but Mr. Louie did call me back at 3:43pm. After asking him about my furniture, he could only inform me that it should be at my new home in Bryan, TX in 2 days and hung up. Currently, it is 3:40pm CST on Sunday, August 1st and I have yet to receive a call from the movers or Mr. Louie regarding my furniture. As time has passed, I have not appreciated the appalling customer service or inconsiderate acts that have taken place. On Bravo’s website, it states that it is BBB Accredited (” As a member of the American Moving and Storage Association and the Better Business Bureau, Bravo Moving wants to ensure that you know you can trust your moving company to take good care of you.” -- http://bravomoving.com/bravomoving/) when it fact their accreditation was revoked on 12/31/2009 (http://www.bbb.org/atlanta/businessreviews/ movers/bravo-moving-in-atlanta-ga-27255287). In the near future, I will be sure to choose to do business with companies whose BBB Rating is A instead of F.

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
