Nationwide Review

The parent company is awful to deal with. They "sell" a good line on the phone but are not forthcoming with all the information needed. Our movers were scheduled to arrive before 9 am and did not get there until 4:30. The home office told us on the day, they had a 48 hour window, which is absurd.

Then, we were never verbally informed of the need of a certified check for the final amount at the time of delivery. We were given this amount due ONE HOUR before the bank closed. This was not OUR move, but a relatives' and the move was 4 states away!!!

The ONLY saving grace in this whole move were the two movers. We were not told they were subcontractors, but they totally redeemed the fiasco. They were very nice, had a great sense of humor and in fact they were as mad as we were at the home office. I would NOT recommend this company unless you are very SURE you have all the details in writing and verbally as well. Chester and Richard, however did a great job and were very careful and packed a great van!
