Moving Experience
Ask more questions up front about the price, the time it will take and what damages they are responsible for. All in all, the move went fine other than having a damaged sleeper sofa. I have left many messages with them but they are not returning my calls. This is the kind of thing that stops me from recommending them to anyone else.

Our office was in contact with the shipper in regards to her damaged sofa on several occassions. There was some miscommunication due to the fact that we were communicating with the shipper and the shippers rep. in regards to the damaged item. Our office did send out a repair tech and the claim was settled with the shipper. Per the shipper on the evlaution- she states the moving company was responsive to her claims. We do apologize for the damaged that did occur during the shippers move.
