Where is my furniture?

The only problem with Bravo Movers occured after my furniture was loaded on the truck. You want to know when the movers will arrive at your new address and they cannot tell you. They do not give you a specific date at all. They don't even know a specific time frame. Of course I called to complain and finally got to speak to this guy only for him to tell me he will call me back in 48 hours. I have two small children and we can no longer manage without our stuff. I want to know where my furniture is and when i will get it?!

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
