Worst Moving Experience Ever
The movers charged me $2,000 more than the estimate. They were four days late delivering my belongings and refused to set up my furniture that was supposedly included in the cost. I packed over 30 boxes myself and they charged me packing materials for them. They broke my coffee table and my desk. My new dining room table was scratched over the whole table top. The office staff was very friendly when scheduling the move, but once I had questions about the large hike in price, no one would talk to me about it. This was my fourth professional move and I have never had such bad service. The guys that delivered wanted to park in the road and walk everything up to the door, so they could charge me more. I made them park the 18 wheeler in my front yard. They would not assemble any furniture and then had the nerve to ask for a tip before they left. Many packed items were broken, some outdoor items are missing. This has been the worst experience of my life and I wish there had been reviews posted before I hired them.
