Worst Experiences
This moving experience was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my life. Not only was I charged more than the quote, many items were left in Columbus, Ohio and my items were damaged and some items missing. Although my delivery was scheduled for April 7th, I rushed to Atlanta on the 6th and the delivery truck sped off with my items – although the alternate contact person was there for the delivery— and I was only 45 minutes away. I had to call the Newton County Georgia sheriff's department in order to get my belongings and I was charged a re-delivery fee (although I was in Atlanta on the correct delivery date). I still have belongings in Columbus, Ohio because the drivers stated that the truck was full (and it was full, with a prior pick up). I still have to pay to get those items here to Atlanta and I was charged over the estimated amount. Some items are damaged and others were missing. I am very disappointed with Bravo Moving and their customer service.
