Nightmare Moving to the South

Check out the Better Business Bureau before you use this company and save yourself some real trouble. Shaddy business. Company would never nail down the estimated date to receive items. Took five weeks from pickup to complete the move. Broken damaged items because items sat in storage some place (I think it was along side the road as indicated from the damages we received). I contacted the company and the owner said, "Too bad." They were very unprofessional and basically hold your stuff hostage. I would not recommend that you use them.

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
