I had one day to move, since I was working our business at the UT baseball game. The movers were five and a half hours late with a scheduled arrival from 11am-1pm. They didn't show up until 5:30pm, so I ended up moving a lot of the items myself. When they did arrive the two kids the company sent complained about having to go to the third floor and how much there was to move. I even overheard him saying: “I wish I had not come in to work today.” Meanwhile, the other mover immediately plugged his cell phone into my electricity to charge his phone and was getting text messages about every two minutes --he would stop, check and respond every time he came back up to the apartment. I called to talk to the guy I booked the job with, but he was out on a move because one of their trucks broke down. At the end of the move, I complained about the price since they were going to charge me the full price where they only gave me $45 off the total price. I do not recommend that you use this company, unless you have several days to move or want to pay. They also damaged two dishes that are not replaceable and at .60 cents a pound it was not worth reporting it. However, I will get my money back by making sure no one I know will ever use them. The company I work for works with many of the top companies in Austin and I talk to customers daily, so I will be sure to let them know how bad these guys are.
