Bravo Moving

Bravo Movers are the worst moving company ever. They treated me nice initially but once they were done picking my things from home, they ended up charging me $400 more, and said my stuff will be in Houston in three days. They took 10 days, damaged my bed, never picked up my calls, and on top of that when I did get a hold of them, one of their representatives screamed at me and said if I keep on calling he would not get my things to Houston and will take longer and hung up on me. I have never had such a bad experience ever in my life. The representatives are very rude and have no professional ethics at all!

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
