Overbearing service

The sales manager I spoke to was overbearing, called when I asked to be emailed, and spent a lot of time telling me how wonderful he is at his job. On the actual moving day the movers were helpful, polite, and on-time. But all of the special instructions carefully expained to the sales manager had never been passed on to the actual movers, which caused a few problems.
