We were told that packing paintings was included in the price, and I asked him more than once if he was sure. Obviously, we were charged extra for the packing and boxes they used. They also consistently promised to arrive on the day scheduled, even wanted to move it up a day earlier, but when that day arrived we were told that it would be the next day. The delivery of the furniture at its destination was one week late. I would advise anyone who is interested to not use Bravo Moving. They did not over charge for the things they do; they simply promised that certain things are included in the original estimate, when in truth they charge extra.

Johnny the lead mover was very professional..a little late in pickup and delivery...but otherwise he handled the move very well. Joanna at the home office was excellent.

Not only were they almost 5 hours late for pick-up, which meant they did not finish up until after midnight, they grossly undervalued the move ($1800+ additional), their customer service department...
