Worst Customer Service
Movers were over 3 hours late. I had no way of contacting the actual crew and the # I was given had only a recorded message. To make matters worse, the recording instructed me to another mailbox for personal help; that line just rang and rang - no live person available! Moving crew were shocked by the amount of things to move; said they were told less when I spent considerable time outlining all that needed to be moved, i.e. # and size of furniture and # of boxes.
Absolutely no word of apology or contrition from the company. Worst "customer service" - if you can call it that - I have experienced in a long, long time.
