All My Sons

They confirmed me through email that I would be the first move of the day, then comes 10am and I had to call to check to see if they were coming. They told me that it was an error and that they would be contacting me after the first job. To make a long story short, at 6 pm, they called to see if I still wanted them to come.

The movers didn't get to my apartment to move me until after 8 pm and didn't give me the 1 hour courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. When they did get there, they were in horrible moods and complained they just wanted to get this move done with because they were tired.

When they finally did start, they stacked all my boxes on top of one another and just wrapped tape all around and over them. These were boxes I had planned to keep, but after the move, I had to get new boxes and re-label. They asked if I wanted my bed shrink-wrapped, I said yes. They decided it was taking too long, so then just used a cover on the bottom to take it outside.

The move did not finish until 11:30 pm! And the only thing the company did was take away the truck fees. After the move was complete, I tried to get ahold of All My Sons head person in charge and I was never contacted again.

There was only one piece of furniture that didn't make it. I had a presswood headboard, that they explained they couldn't be responsible for. That is very understandable.
