Experience was less than I had hoped.
I grade the company high on the move itself, but had a dispute on the billing. Olympia indicated the price quoted was based on weight; however this was not the case. Originally the salesperson tried to get me to commit to 4000 lbs and assured me that if my weight was less, I would pay the lesser amount with a minimum weight of 2000 lbs.
I believed my weight was lower than quoted; and repeatly requested a lower quote; eventually this was done however I was cautioned not to go too low and again I was told; if the weight was under the estimate I would only pay the actual weight. When the movers arrived I requested a weight. I was told the office would handle that and call me with the weight; this never happened. Then I was told at delivery I would be provided with the weight confirmation; again this did not occur.
I contacted the office and was told that they could not locate the weight tickets, but the inventory matched. I should have paid according to weight. If I had it to do again I would not select Olympia.
