Nationwide Moving
I was told my movers would arrive between 8 & 10 a.m. At 10:30 I called Nationwide and was told they'd be there at 4 p.m. They told me that it was no big deal and I should just relax.
It was a very big deal!! They finally arrived at 5 p.m.!! They apparently did things I didn't ask for like wrapping my bed & couch cusions, etc. They took away a good amount of furniture for donation as a service and promised I would not be charged for it.
When the final bill came in I was 400 pounds more than originally quoted & they charged me for all the extra wrapping. Nationwide said there's nothing they could do about it. My inventory matched what I told Nationwide to the letter - actually, there was less than what Nationwide quoted on.
