Bad Sales Team, Great Movers
The
movers were great - but the sales staff was horrible. I was quoted $267 for the move and then 2 weeks before the actual move date, they sent me a confirmation that was actually a raise in the charges - if I hadn't opened the attachment, I would have been in for a nasty surprise. I contacted the sales manager and he agreed to abide by the first quote but then on moving day, the movers told me that the price was not approved by the "Big Boss" and they would need to add charges - plus a 5% credit card surcharge that no one told me about. The workers were quality, polite and on the job but I will never use this company again. I am contacting the CC company to dispute the charges and reporting them to the BBB.
