Completely Dissatisfied

I gave the move top marks in everything, but there was a major problem: I didn't have a lot of items to move -- mostly personal belongs, no furniture -- but I had 10 large 20 gallon bins lost! How can you lose half of the items I shipped. When I called the office they said they were only the sales office but to give me the box numbers missing and they would look into it but I also had to call their claims dept.

I called the claims dept and they were very rude and unprofessional. I called back the sales office for Elite 4 times and was told the Office Manager would call me back and look into my loss, but he never called back. The items that were lost are irreplaceable, as they were photo albums, an antique chalkboard that was my grandmothers and other personal medals that were my fathers medals from time in the service.

The least they could have done is to try and locate the missing items, like they said they were going to. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Whatever they estimate, double it for your actual cost. The 50% up front cash goes to Elite, the cash on delivery goes to the private hauler that Elite has contracted with to haul your goods.
