Relocation Review
I read this company's rip off report before I used them. Everything I read was about damage to customers' belongings. I do not have any valuable items that could break so I assumed all should be well. BOY was I wrong!
I really can't seem to understand how a moving company can break a bunk bed, and pack a computer in a box with a kids bike with training wheels. They are only trying to hurry up and get your money. Luckily, I was smart enough to bring my main computer in my car, and they only messed up my spare computer.
As far as the bunk beds go, it is completely useless, I could have saved money on the weight and had them leave the thing behind, had I known they where going to cut the straps that support the mattress in an effort to "break it down."
My kids now have to sleep on the floor until I can afford to buy them a new bed. They also ripped one of the wheels off on my computer chair thus making it useless, no sign of the wheel either.....
