Cross Country Move
Although they were prompt with customer service and were on time there were a few things that didn't go so well. First, I asked to pay by cubic feet and on my receipt I got charged by weight. They also charged outrageous prices for tape and boxes, neither of which I needed. Who knew that two boxes and packaging tape would cost 238 dollars! Also, a lot of my furniture was broke when getting packaged. Although it was cheaper furniture, it is the principle that counts. My first estimate was $999, my second was $1,700, my third was $2,081, and my final price was $2,360. Something wrong with that. Although I really liked their speed and how they pack up the stuff on the truck for you, I will not be using this relocation company again
