A Huge Nightmare
First of all, the
movers were three hours late. Then they just threw my stuff around. Then they delivered our belongings on two different dates and ware still missing stuff. And to top it off, they left stuff that is not ours--a bed and some lawn chairs at our house. They also left a huge mess.

We regret this customer was less than satisfied. This customer has not contacted our Customer Service Dept. to seek any solution and/or file any claims. We did not arrive 3 hours late, as this customer had agreed to reserve the entire day for the pick-up of his items. The foreman states that if it appeared to the customer that we were throwing his stuff around, it was due to the customer's pressure on the team to rush and get the items loaded in an unrealistic amount of time. Unfortunately, it seems this customer underestimated the number of items to be loaded and was not willing to allow the team to take the time to do a professional job for him. We had stored his items for free for some time before he was ready for delivery. He gave us very short notice when he was ready for his items to be delivered. Our truck was almost full, but he asked us to deliver what we could and agreed that two trips were acceptable in order to accommodate his last minute delivery request. If items were delivered that were not his, he certainly signed for them as if they were his and has made no attempt to contact our Customer Service Dept. to have the items picked up.
