Bad Movers
I called
movers the day before to verify the time they would be arriving to move my furniture and the operator said she did not know, they would call me later and tell me. No one never called, so I called back to be told the mover would not be coming because that day was not a good day. Bad business, they should be ashamed to call themselves a moving company. They get 0's across the board.

Unfortunately this customer was not satisfied with our communication attempts and is leaving a lot of information out. We, like most movers, do not do the schedule until the afternoon before the move date. This customer was told they would receive a call after 4pm on the day before their move to coordinate an arrival time. This customer called in the morning before the schedule was done. It was explained that it was too early for the schedule to be done and the customer would be called back after 4pm. When the customer was called back they did not answer the phone and a voicemail was left to call us back to coordinate their arrival time or we would have to rescheudle their move date to another day. The customer did not call back until the next day, the actual move day; and by that time they could not be added into that day's schedule. The customer took no accountability for not being available for our previous call or calling us back within a reasonable time period and remained dissatisfied even after we made every possible effort to accommodate them with their move the very next morning.
