Charging to use an elevator? Charging to use stairs? Charging $20 for a flimsy one-use, plastic mattress cover (of which they used 3 @ $20 each)? Charging me for tape? I didn't know it was mandatory that movers had to wrap everything. And then they charge me for wrapping materials.

I could have thrown everything into the back of a U-Haul and saved myself $400. Very expensive lesson to learn, even though they knocked $300 off the final price to make it $585. I guess if I hadn't gone so pale when they told me the final price.
