Unpleasant Experience
I was very diappointed after reviewing the paperwork. I was overcharged for the move and have made several attemps to get the money back that I was overcharged.

Dear Loren, According to our record, a settlement form has been sent to you on March 20, 2009. The refund amount was indicated on the form. We are waiting for you to sign on this form then mail it back to our office. A check with agreed refund amount will be mailed to you within two weeks after we receive your signed settlement form.
