It was very difficult to get answers from the moving company. I realize that logistically it is difficult to give precise answers, but they left me feeling very uneasy. When moving my stuff into my new place, they forgot a box in the truck and they needed to FedEx it to me.

Whatever they estimate, double it for your actual cost. The 50% up front cash goes to Elite, the cash on delivery goes to the private hauler that Elite has contracted with to haul your goods.
