Let down
Pick up in California November 11 for delivery in Virginia before November 26. Promised delivery in ten working days or less, which would have made it no later than Nov 25? In progress contacts promised first Nov 23, then Nov 25, then Nov 27, finally delivered on Nov 30. Don't trust these folks to come through on time.
It was a small shipment that had to mix with others to make a full cross-country load; the load changed slightly at pick up resulting in the extra charges; the load was pre-packed, and the movers at pick up and delivery were courteous and professional; material was delivered in good condition except that some furniture items were wet.
