You Get What You Pay For
I was told I was dealing with the owners son; however, the movers then informed us that he was just a sales guy. The movers were an hour and a half late and then took an hour break (on our time). When I called to find out why we were paying for their lunch break, I was told that they would remove the full hour. They only took off 30 minutes from the final price for lunch. One of the movers was slightly upset that I called the company and told me "I have to eat, you know." All in all, it was a good price, but we don't think we'll be using them again.
