The estimate was wrong and they wrong about the time they would be there -- after I told them I only had four hours to move they showed up a hour late. They scratched almost every piece of furniture I own and when I called to ask where my movers were when they had not showed up and were already 45 minutes, the manager said they never promised a time to be there and then said we will be there when we get there.

And if that is not enough I had to call a friend to come over and help the two movers move my stuff so we could get done in time. I wasted money on this company – I did half the moving myself.
