Great Service - Lame Fees

I thought the two movers that showed up did an amazing job. They were very quick and handled everything smoothly. The manager that came was very nice, but let on that the total cost would be VERY close to the initial estimate.

They ended up charging us $20 for plastic bags to wrap the mattresses ($40 total) when the woman on the phone had said they'd be only $6. We got slapped with a $100 fee for the stairs when we got to the new place, which was an unhappy surprise.

We were also charged for the tape and plastic wrap they used, which would have been fine had they not wrapped every single thing in it. Overall we had $120 added on for materials. I am glad they did all the work, but I would have liked to know up front about all of the extra charges.
