Elite Moving
I had 20 boxes, one TV box, one computer box, queen mattress/boxspring, step ladder, one folding table. Elite said it was 2200sq. ft. and the cost went up. I lived on 1st floor moved to apartment that had 1 flight (13 steps) outside (4 steps).
Movers refused to bring my belongings up to the apartment unless I paid $150.00 for the 2nd flight of stairs (4 steps). The contract stated 2 flights of stairs free. He was rude and just dumped my boxes by the steps. My brother and daughter said it was only 4 steps and I had no more money. His reply was too bad. That was uncalled for.
A friend of my daughter who is a cross country truck driver was there and measured my things and said there was only 900 sq. ft. and that I was overcharged. I would not recommend them.
