Fraudulent & Suspicious Activites with Sunstate Moving & Storeage, Inc

I am very disappointed with this company (Sunstate Movers and Storage, Inc). I am referencing order # f487945. I had a delivery set for Friday, December 3rd, to move me from Tampa, Florida to another condo in Tampa, Florida. Upon arrival at my new destination, a number of incidents occurred. First off, the movers disassembled all of my bedding, dining table, coffee table, living room, couch, everything in my bedroom including my TV. Once they arrived at the new location, they reassembled the bedding, furniture, couch, and coffee table, TV stand, not the tv itself. That’s all they forgot or just plain didn’t connect the TV and check to make sure it works, also they didn’t put my glass dining table back together, which is missing screws from the technician disassembling it at my old location. I was never offered to purchase additional insurance nor did I sign anything that said I declined insurance. My 46” sharp aquios LCD TV was damaged or cracked and no longer works. I have left numerous messages and correspondence with Sunstate as well as their customer service department - yet nobody has returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. What kind of business do you run or manage as a company? I really would like to know, because this company advertised “stress free moving” and are very quick to get anyone’s business by returning calls promptly or following up on items. However, when something goes wrong with your move, nobody is to be found or heard from. Customer service is supposed to be open on Saturday - yet no answer or callback there. Recently, I came to find out that nobody has called or returned any correspondence to me as of 12/13. This is 10 days after the damages! I have notified Tampa Police who has opened an investigation with the address listed on their website or invoice/contract and I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as 2 local news channel stations in the Tampabay Area.
