Late, with no notification
I called the company at the beginning of the time window I was given, and only then did someone call me back to say that they were going to be five hours late. Also, since they were that late (office closed), they were unable to process my credit card payment, so I had to scramble to make other arrangements. No one in the office made any apologies, or explained that the payment would be an issue.
