Great w/minor improvements

The only damage was to my food items. I would say our packing was mainly to blame which is why I don't necessarily blame the movers, but the cans and items were damaged during their move. The only other thing that was bothersome was when a garbage bag broke the one mover used a profanity. I would have preferred they asked me to get them more boxes if the bags were a problem. Other than that, I would say the guys were excellent. Alot of times carrying four to five boxes a time up the stairs by hand. They each individually were very strong and very impressive. I would use them again when I move and just pack items better.

This is Tom with Triple 7 Movers. I apologize if one of the movers used profanity, and that is something I will talk with them about. Regarding the damaged food items... it is actually against our policy to load any type of odd items onto our trucks. I do not know why they loaded the boxes; maybe they were unaware of the contents, however due to the nature of perishable food items and the heat inside our truck I do not allow transportation of those items. Small move, but the 4 man crew had it done in no time. The only thing I didn't anticipate was the extra charge for packing material. Which isn't a big deal and was probably mentioned in the fine print...
