The movers were very efficient and kind. They were a half hour late (1:30 supposed to be 1:00) but still charged me from 12:15. The total cost was a little over $100 more than the estimate originally given. The bunk bed they put together fell apart 5 minutes after they left, they explained this to be from it originally being put together wrong. That was my biggest disappointment because now I have to hire someone to fix it. As for the previous question, I have not reported any claims so they are not to be faulted from my lack of communication.
