Bad Customer Skills
There was only one helpful customer service rep at Ori Van Lines, however, his promises weren't in agreement with the movers. And don't get me started with the movers. I had 90% of the house BOXED to expedite manners, so all they can do was load and unload to the new house. In what could have been done in 10 hours (the driver's initial quote) was done in 12.5 hours. The movers were on the phone constantly. But according to their manager, those were work related phone calls -- even though they were occuring at 11pm. But when I called customer service at that time, no one answered. The drive time wasn't suppose to be charged, but was anyway. The movers actual work time was 11 hours, the manager disagreed even though I was there at all times. After a lengthy conversation with the manager about possible credits and/or refunds and she rudely hung up on me and will only credit 1/2 hour. Please save yourself trouble and don't use Ori Van Lines.
