Regretfully, this customer grossly underestimated the number of items that were to be moved. When we showed up they had more than double the items and nothing was ready to load. They thought we should move them for the original estimate amount regardless of the extra items and work they did not tell us about. We worked very hard to give them a deeply discounted price on the extra items to make them happy. At the time the customer indicated they understood the extra charges and appreciated our working out a discounted price for them.
