Terrible
My actual moving price turned out to be three times the amount I quoted. They boxed and wrapped 5 items that did not have to, charging me an extra $500, in addition I was told only two men would show up.
Due to the company having a larger move in the afternoon, they brought three people, which resulted in an extra $85 per hour. I have used moving companies in the past and have never encountered these things. I am not happy at all.

Regarding your concerns about the packing material: it is the foreman's responsibility to ensure customer’s belongings are safely protected from any damages. I’m sorry if the cost of the packing material exceeded your expectation. Regarding your concerns about the labor cost: since the sales representative did not do an “in-home” estimate, he provided you with a minimum rate: three hours at $85 dollars per hour with a two-man crew. Please be reminded that this is a minimum rate.
On the moving date, three of the movers arrived at your location. Even though the hourly rate of three-man crew is reasonably higher than a two-man crew, it takes shorter time to complete the move.
