Nice Movers, Not So Great Office Staff
Communication with the office was not great. I had to make multiple calls to reach someone. I sent multiple e-mails. I gave them my credit card information thinking that I would be charged on it for the move. I asked a member of the staff and she said yes. I was told the day of the move I had to pay cash or pay 20 percent of the move to use my credit card -- which meant that I had to drive to the bank and wait for it to open to get money for my move. The day before my move I still hadn't heard what time they would be there to start the move. I called about four times. Finally someone called me after 6. It always took at least three calls to get information. I got more advertising calls from them than I did call back. The saving grace from the whole thing was that the two guys who moved me were awesome, very professional, calm and nice. And even when I had an issue with the office yet again, they were very nice in how they handled the situation. The moved a one-bedroom apartment in four hours, which I thought was pretty quick.
