Broken Dreams

I was not aware of moving insurance, which is unfortunate for me since they broke everything. I am still unpacking and taking photos of damaged goods. I will be filing a claim for damages. All of my parent’s belongings were damaged. They also left someone else’s box of shoes in my home. I called for weeks before they found the other owner. My food and purses are missing. They did not mark any of my boxes, so who knows what else is missing.

Our Order for Service, which was signed by this customer, clearly covers our liability terms and provides direct access to purchase additional insurance as well as contact our third party unbiased claims company. We encourage this customer to take advantage of our easy claims process if she had any damages. Regarding the damage to her packed items, please note this customer opted to not take advantage of our professional packing service and packed these items herself. The secure method of packing plays an important role in how well packed items fair during any move.
