They showed up one-hour late. They quoted me as having three men for three hours at $210. They arrived at 4:30 instead of 3:30p.m. They did not have tools to unscrew a hutch. I had to go and borrow one from a neighbor. Then when they arrived at my apartment to unload my property, they told me I owed them over a thousand dollars, which of course I refused to pay. Then they only took half of my property up to my apartment. I had to ask newly made neighbors to assist me with my items that were left in the parking lot, because I did not pay the whole amount. I ended up paying $685. They charged me for tape, blankets and boxes, of which I only used two, and I was supposed to get five free. This company is a scam, and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau with all my paperwork, and the names of the three men, who said they did not have last names. I would not recommend that you use this company.
