Eye Opening Experience

Booking my move was a very pleasant experience. However, by the time we were finished, it turned into a nightmare of an expense. I was told that dropping off one piece of furniture on the way to my final destination would cost $25 and when it was time to pay, the foreman told me I had to pay $150. When I called the office and spoke to the woman who gave me the original info, she denied everything. Also, the pnly reason I hired this company was because I was told that it was "no problem" to move a large heavy tree. When we arrived at my new home, the moving team plopped the tree in the middle of my back yard and would not finish placing it where it needed to go. I was charged for 15 rolls of tape and when the movers left, they left behind an entire package of eight rolls of brand new tape that they did not use but charged me for. I had to pay more than $500 over the estimate. I would not use this company again or recommend them.
